A 36 year-old patient is operated on for the infiltrating endometriosis of organs of small pelvis and endometriosis of postsurgical scar of the abdominal wall after the cesarean section. According to MRT images the centre is located in the area of aponeurosis, and muscles of the abdominal wall are involved. In the video the technique of endometrioid infiltration dissection from the surrounding tissues by means of a monopolar electrode with the further stitching of wound layer by layer is demonstated
