In this film the stages of total removal of splenic cyst, located intraparenchimatously are briefly shown in the operation in a 5 year-old kid. The stages of operation are as follows: visualization of the cyst, its puncture, cyst opening, the total excision of cystic capsule, a careful coagulation of the bed of the former cyst, its tamponing by hemostatic material.

In the film operation of excision of enterocyst in the area of ileocecal isthmus in a 2 year-old kid is demonstrated. The cyst is visualized, opened, totally excised, thin colon wall at the area of removal of mucous membrane is stitched.

A rare technique for children is presented in this video-laparoscopic rectopexy, a 14 year—old teenager is operated on for solid ulcer of rectum on the background of its chronic prolapse. 3 troacars have been used, and a patient is in Trendelenburg ‘s position. Stages of operation are shown briefly in this video: mobilization of rectum up to the muscles of the pelvic floor, positioning of mesh, made of polypropylene, behind the rectum, its fixation by stitches - to the sacral bone and colon, complete peritonization of mesh with stitching of abdomen defects.

In this film the technique of laparoscopic pyloromyotomy, performed for congenital hypertrophic pylorostenosis in a newly-born infant, is presented. 3 types of troacars have been used, as well as Karl Storz instruments. As a baby has had combined pathology-right inguinal hernia, simultaneous laparoscopic hernioplasty, using the same troacars, has been performed.

In this video the technique of laparoscopic excision of splenic cyst in a 7 year-old child is presented. Three 5 mm troacars have been used. The main stages of operation are as follows: visualization of the cyst, the puncture of the cyst, aspiration of its contents, filling of the cyst by 96% ethanol, sclerotherapy performing, removal of spirit, the maximum wide excision of the cystic wall, including the layer of splenic parenchyma, having the thickness up to 3-4 mm, additional debridement of the left lining (5 % iodine, bipolar coagulation).

The main stages of operation are the following: visualization of kidney pole with cyst, puncture of cyst, aspiration of its contents, filling in the cyst by 96 % ethanol, sclerotherapy performing, removal of spirit, excision of cyst wall along the border with parenchyma of kidney, additional handling of remaining lining (5 % iodine, bipolar coafulation).

In this video the technique of laparoscopic left hypoheminephroureterectomy in an 8 month-old baby is presented. Three 3 mm troacars have been used. A baby has been on its right side. The main stages of operation have been shown: visualization of double kidney and ureters, mobilization of the lower pole, exposure of pathologically changed ureter, visualization, exposure and transection of vessels of the lower pole, removal of pathologically changed lower upper pole on the boundary of the ischemic demarcation, maximum distal exposure and transection of the pathological ureter.
