This video presents the technique of laparoscopic resection of ileocecal angle in a 4 year-old child, having Crohn’s disease, stricture of the ileocecal area, partial intestinal obstruction. The stages of operation are as follows: mobilization of the intestinal part that will be resected, transection of small and big colons with the help of a stitching apparatus, formation of anastomosis between small and big colons, using a stitching apparatus and manual two –layer intestinal closure.
