In this video the technique of laparoscopic left epiheminephroureterectomy in one year-old baby is presented. Three 3 mm troacars have been used, baby’s position is on the right side. The main stages of operation are presented: visualization of the double kidney and ureters, exposure of pathologically changed ureter, its transection, passing a kidney under the vascular vascicle and the use of the transected ureter as a kind of a “holder”, visualization, exposure and transection of vessels of the upper pole, removal of pathologically changed upper pole on the boundary of the ischemic demarcation, maximum distal exposure and transection of pathological ureter .
